Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, financial operations, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with travel designers, UK Operations Team, and suppliers on all bookings in an operational and financial capacity.
- Communicate continuously with suppliers and internal sales and operations support teams to build trust and provide excellent support to the UK Teams.
- Ensure all booking information is updated in the system, keeping the CRM up to date.
- Stay updated with company and associated product updates, as well as technology updates.
- Attend all company and associated product training on a weekly basis to exceed expectations and accuracy in the booking process.
Requirements:
- Matric certificate with mathematics (minimum standard grade or above).
- Tertiary certificate in Travel & Tourism/hospitality.
- 4-5 years experience in an operations/administration role in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data capturing.
- Foreign language skills advantageous.
- A passion for wildlife and a commitment to sustainability and conservation.
Location: Gauteng or Cape Town
