Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, financial operations, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Liaise with travel designers, UK Operations Team, and suppliers on all bookings in an operational and financial capacity.
  2. Communicate continuously with suppliers and internal sales and operations support teams to build trust and provide excellent support to the UK Teams.
  3. Ensure all booking information is updated in the system, keeping the CRM up to date.
  4. Stay updated with company and associated product updates, as well as technology updates.
  5. Attend all company and associated product training on a weekly basis to exceed expectations and accuracy in the booking process.

Requirements:

  • Matric certificate with mathematics (minimum standard grade or above).
  • Tertiary certificate in Travel & Tourism/hospitality.
  • 4-5 years experience in an operations/administration role in the travel industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data capturing.
  • Foreign language skills advantageous.
  • A passion for wildlife and a commitment to sustainability and conservation.

Location: Gauteng or Cape Town
