Sales Operations Coordinator

Affinity Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team in delivering exceptional results. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless sales operations, from managing invoices and tracking sales data to liaising with clients and preparing reports.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Sales Team: Process sales orders, manage customer inquiries, and maintain accurate records to drive sales success.
- Prepare Sales Reports: Develop and distribute sales reports and presentations that highlight key performance metrics, providing valuable insights for the sales team.
- Client Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding of new clients by providing them with necessary information and support, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and issue resolution, promoting a cohesive team environment.
- CRM Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure data integrity and accuracy, supporting informed business decisions.
- Sales Events and Meetings: Help organize sales events and team meetings, fostering a fun and inclusive atmosphere that encourages collaboration and teamwork.
- Product Knowledge and Industry Trends: Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert support to the sales team.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in sales administration or a related field is a plus.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for building rapport.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
