Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote a culture of excellence within the kitchen, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements, while controlling costs and managing inventory effectively.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional leadership and team management skills to motivate and develop your team members.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and communication.

The successful candidate will have a relevant culinary qualification, significant experience as a Head or Executive Chef, preferably in a high-volume catering environment, and a valid driver's license. They will also possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, as well as a passion for teaching and developing other chefs.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum.
