  • Develop and implement efficient kitchen procedures to minimize waste and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless communication throughout the hotel.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a senior chef or head chef in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and hotel policies and procedures.
