We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at Dream Hotels and Resorts. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day kitchen operations, leading the culinary team, ensuring food quality and safety, and delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

About the Role:

The Culinary Operations Manager will assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation. They will help maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation across different dining venues within the hotel.

Responsibilities:

  1. Kitchen Management: The Culinary Operations Manager will assist the Executive Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation.   2. Staff Supervision: The Culinary Operations Manager will supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including chefs de partie, line cooks, and kitchen assistants. They will provide guidance, training, and support to ensure that the team performs efficiently and effectively.
  3. Menu Planning and Development: Working closely with the Executive Chef, the Culinary Operations Manager may be involved in menu planning, recipe development, and creating daily specials. They will contribute culinary expertise and creativity to enhance the hotels dining offerings and guest experience.
  4. Food Safety and Sanitation: Ensuring compliance with food safety standards, sanitation regulations, and hygiene practices is a crucial responsibility of the Culinary Operations Manager. They will oversee kitchen cleanliness, proper food handling procedures, and safe storage of ingredients to prevent contamination.
  5. Inventory and Cost Control: The Culinary Operations Manager will assist in managing kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing food wastage.
