Culinary Internship Opportunity

Talent 101 is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our culinary team as a Culinary Intern. This 12-month internship will provide the successful candidate with hands-on experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in food preparation and presentation
  • Develop skills in kitchen operations and management
  • Work effectively in a team environment
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management

Requirements:

  • Be a South African citizen
  • Be currently enrolled in a university or Technikon
  • Provide a letter from the university or Technikon confirming the need for work experience
  • Have a combined aggregate of 50% or higher
  • Not have previously taken part in or currently be enrolled in an internship or Graduate programme
  • Be able to communicate effectively within all levels of the organisation
  • Have good computer literacy
