Job Summary

We are seeking a Country Manager with a strong focus on client acquisition to drive the growth of our business. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract and acquire new clients, driving revenue growth by identifying and implementing effective marketing initiatives and tactics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive client acquisition strategies aligned with the company's goals and target market.
  • Identify new client segments, define target audience profiles, and create tailored campaigns and initiatives to attract and acquire new clients.
  • Implement lead generation strategies to capture and nurture prospects through online and offline activities, including events, digital marketing, influencer marketing, and IB partnerships.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to expand the reach and acquire new clients.
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, evaluate market positioning, and refine acquisition strategies accordingly.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Developer, Growth Marketer, Acquisition Marketer, or similar role, with a focus on client acquisition in the South African region.
  • Excellent problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in growth and client acquisition.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the Forex Market and CFD market.
  • Well-organised with great time management skills.
  • Outstanding project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
