Sales Growth Strategist

About the Role:
The Key Accounts Manager (KAM) for Route to Market is responsible for delivering business growth targets in assigned territories through effective key account management and trade partner development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, wholesalers, distributors, and C&C's to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Roadmap Development: Design strategic route-to-market plans using Miller Heiman principles, aligning with Unilever's Food Solutions division goals.
- Customer Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with trade customers, including negotiating trade terms, managing stock levels, and ensuring timely submission of distributor claims.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize BEX Data team insights to inform customer reviews, scorecard submissions, and trading term agreements.
- Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities with trade partners to drive increased turnover, volume, reach, and penetration.
