About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at Tetra Pak. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving top and bottom-line growth, building strong customer relationships, and delivering financial and commercial excellence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver financial targets across three businesses for allocated customers/teams
- Understand and drive improvement actions to secure profitable accounts/sales areas through timely portfolio, commercial actions, and necessary competitiveness measures
- Support sales teams via top-to-top management relationships, using a balance between physical and digital ways of working
- Ensure all account plans are well-maintained, reflect time-bound objectives and opportunities, and are executed successfully
- Amplify customer voice by identifying gaps across customer touchpoints systematically driving proactive improvement actions and closing the loop with customers
- Accelerate sales funnel by prioritizing opportunities with operational customers, mobilizing right resources based on customer needs, buying process, and opportunity maturity (time and budget)
Requirements:
- Completed relevant qualification/degree
- 13-15 years experience in B2B business development and/or sales
- Successful track record of generating new business
- Understanding of local market, customers, and categories mapping to identify opportunities
- Ability to assess and qualify opportunities along with other functions
