Drive business growth and development in sea logistics through strategic sales initiatives.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding existing customer relationships while securing new opportunities in the freight forwarding industry. Your primary focus will be on growing our SME customer segment by hunting in key target trades as outlined by National Sea Logistics Management guidelines.

You will work closely with our Customer Care colleagues to increase Kuehne & Nagel's market share across our core Sea Logistics products and contribute positively to the gross profit of the Sea Logistics business unit.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Pursue and secure new sea freight import, export, and cross-trade opportunities (FCL & LCL).
  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers to expand market share.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of key trade routes, carriers, and sailing schedules.
  • Collaborate with overseas Route Development Managers to support prepaid and collect traffic.
  • Achieve and exceed predefined targets while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
  • Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates and adhere to company policies and procedures.
