About the JobWe are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Logistics Business Growth Manager. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our SME customer segment in key target trades.
You will work closely with our Customer Care colleagues to increase Kuehne & Nagel's market share across our core Sea Logistics products and contribute positively to the gross profit of the Sea Logistics business unit.
Your Key Responsibilities- Seek out and secure new sea freight import, export, and cross-trade opportunities (FCL & LCL).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to expand market share.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of key trade routes, carriers, and sailing schedules.
- Collaborate with overseas Route Development Managers to support prepaid and collect traffic.
- Meet and exceed predefined targets while maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates and adhere to company policies and procedures.
