Requirements


To succeed in this position, you must have a Matric degree, relevant Hospitality diploma or experience, and working knowledge of OPERA and OPERA Cloud. Additionally, you should be computer literate with Microsoft Office experience and possess at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 4/5-star hotel setting.


Preferred Skills


The ideal candidate will have strong verbal communication and comprehension skills, with English being the primary language. Familiarity with Front Office Department duties and procedures is essential. Strong decision-making, self-management, and stress tolerance are also highly valued.
