We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator Assistant to join our team at Natural Gardens in the Southern suburbs.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will assist with various administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
- Managing day-to-day office operations
- Processing invoices and payments
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders
- Booking jobs and coordinating logistics
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A high level of organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Pastel software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
