Frontline Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Frontline Office Coordinator to join our team at Recruitment Solutions. In this key role, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our Branch Manager and team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
About the Position:
You will be responsible for maintaining client databases, scheduling appointments, handling phone calls and emails, and assisting with marketing and client events. Your duties will include updating CRM databases, creating Excel spreadsheets for customer and supplier accounts, ordering grocery items, liaising with suppliers, filing both hard copy and electronic documents, processing daily sales and stock-take items, uploading invoices, raising purchase orders, managing the telephone, welcoming customers/visitors/clients, and maintaining frontline etiquette.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Branch Manager and team
- Maintain client databases
- Schedule appointments
- Handle phone calls and emails
- Assist with marketing and client events
- Update CRM databases
- Create Excel spreadsheets for customer and supplier accounts
- Order grocery items
- Liaise with suppliers

- Ensure customer queries and, or complaints are attended to speedily and efficiently
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Matric certificate or relevant diploma/experience, minimum 3 years working experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, strong computer skills, and the ability to learn new systems. You must also possess good verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and maintain a high level of confidentiality. Additionally, you should have excellent customer care skills.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 per year. This role offers growth and development opportunities for the right person.
