Job Title: Office Administrator Coordinator

Milkor Integrated Systems is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Administrator Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining organized filing systems, data entry, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining organized filing systems (both physical and digital) to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Inputting and updating information in databases or spreadsheets as needed.
- Providing general administrative support such as photocopying, faxing, filing expense reports, and coordinating mail.
- Undertaking additional tasks or projects as assigned by supervisors or managers.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
- Sound knowledge of office management systems.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.

Salary: R150,000 - R200,000 per annum depending on experience.
