We are currently seeking an Executive Chef & Restaurant Operations Lead to join our team at a well-established Golf Club / Estate in the Centurion area.

As an Executive Chef & Restaurant Operations Lead, you will be responsible for managing the complete front of house restaurant operation. This includes staff management, stock control, and complaints handling. Your exceptional customer relations skills will ensure that every guest leaves with a positive experience. You must have strong communications skills to lead a front of house team effectively under pressure. Experience with function and events will be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation and presentation
* Manage restaurant staff, providing guidance and support as needed
* Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant

Requirements:
* 6+ years' experience in a busy restaurant environment
* Extensive knowledge of restaurant floor management
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Experience with event planning and coordination (beneficial)
