Job Description

The Front Desk Administrator will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors at Neptune, handling a variety of administrative tasks to support the overall efficiency of the office.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a friendly and professional individual to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, greet clients and visitors, and handle phone calls and correspondence in a professional manner.
  2. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills are essential for this role, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
