Job Description

The Senior Manager, Sales is a senior management role that requires strategic planning and operational execution. You will be responsible for managing a team of Client Managers, achieving sales targets, and driving business strategy into the Sales teams through effective allocation of their territories and targets.

You will work closely with regional Sales Leadership and decision-makers to develop a sales strategy that delivers strategic objectives. This will involve defining the sales approach, determining targets, and ensuring that sales procedures and policies are implemented and followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage a team of Client Managers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure outstanding sales performance.
  • Collaborate with regional Sales Leadership and decision-makers to develop and implement sales plans.
  • Analyze sales metrics and adjust sales plans as needed to meet business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or marketing or a related field.
  • Extended experience in a sales management role, preferably gained within a global technology services organization.
  • Extended sales work experience gained within a similar environment.
  • Extended track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and driving business outcomes.
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
