Position: HR Administrative Support (FTC)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Support professional to join our client, a leading FMCG company in Cape Town. As an HR Administrative Support, you will play a pivotal role in driving the Select, Manage, Develop, and Grow functions, taking HR performance to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the recruitment and selection process, delivering a world-class experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough 1st round candidate screenings using cutting-edge tools like Taleo and HireVue.
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews with impeccable timing and precision.
  • Taleo Support: Manage Taleo consumer support and troubleshoot any issues to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation to meet audit requirements.
  • Training Programs: Support the rollout of training programs for continuous growth and development.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning: Plan and coordinate impactful events like Wellbeing Day.
  • Project Management: Lead project management efforts for national university career fairs, showcasing the company as an employer of choice.

Requirements:

  • Degree: University Degree in Commerce, Psychology, Law, or Business.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of HR experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Estimated Salary: R350,000 - R450,000 per annum, depending on experience.
