We are seeking an ambitious and organized individual to fill the role of Administrative Support Specialist - Sales and Operations at HR Studio.

This dynamic position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in office administration, sales support, and finance management while working in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our sales and operations teams. This includes maintaining accurate records, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and assisting with customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining organized files, databases, and SharePoint platforms
  • Providing administrative assistance to the sales team, including receiving and processing high-volume orders, verifying customer information, and communicating order details
  • Managing finance administration tasks, such as sending invoices, tracking customer payments, and allocating stock to open orders
  • Assisting with customer relationships, including communicating order deadlines, shipping updates, and responding to customer queries
  • Performing various administrative duties, including booking travel, arranging courier services, and maintaining a clean and organized office environment

Requirements:

  • A matric certificate or equivalent qualification
  • At least one year of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
