Role Overview:

As an HR Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the Select, Manage, Develop, and Grow functions within our HR team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the recruitment and selection process, collaborating with HR Business Partners to advertise job openings, and coordinating interviews. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting any technical issues with our in-house systems and ensuring the documentation process meets audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Coordinate with HR Business Partners to plan and execute advertising campaigns.
  • Manage the interview process, ensuring timely and efficient coordination.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with our in-house systems, including Taleo and HireVue.
  • Ensure the documentation process meets audit requirements, including 2023 and 2024 audit standards.

Requirements:
  • University degree in Commerce, Psychology, Law, or Business.
  • 1-3 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
