Head of On Premise Key Accounts

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our On Premise Key Accounts team. As Head of On Premise Key Accounts, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and profitability in the On Premise channel.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute national key account strategies to drive business growth and profitability in the On Premise channel.
- Lead a team of National Key Account Managers to achieve sales and distribution targets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, and On Premise Marketing teams, to align on market-relevant industry and consumer insights.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including decision-makers, influencers, and staff.
- Monitor and analyze customer performance and margin against investment, taking corrective action where necessary.
- Ensure executional excellence on account level by utilizing cross-departmental resources, such as Musketeer and Consumer-Collecting teams.
- Manage agreed budget forecast and spend for each account.
- Be an active ambassador for the Red Bull brand in front of the team and the On Premise Network.
- University degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of outstanding performance and a proven track record in account management, preferably in the beverage industry.
- Strong On Premise industry knowledge, contacts, and experience in the On Premise environment.
- Good understanding of the route-to-market for these channels.
- Outstanding understanding of sales processes.
- Strong planning and project management competencies.
- Proven ability to translate strategies into execution.
- Strong leadership and team management.
- Self-motivated, passionate, ambitious, and a creative mind.
- Exceptional communication skills, including presenting and training abilities.
- Commercial awareness and acumen (understanding of sales and finance processes).
- Strong analytical skills (analyze consumer, sales, and customer data).
