Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our On Premise Key Accounts team. As Head of On Premise Key Accounts, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability in the On Premise universe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to build the Red Bull brand, availability, consumption, and profitability in the On Premise Key Accounts universe.
  • Lead a team of National Key Account Managers and Specialists to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to leverage business success.
  • Manage agreed budget forecasts and spend for each account.
  • Monitor customer performance and margin against investment and take corrective action where necessary.
Requirements
  • University degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of outstanding performance and a proven track record in account management, preferably in the beverage industry.
  • Strong On Premise industry knowledge, contacts, and experience in the On Premise environment.
  • Good understanding of the route-to-market for these channels.
  • Outstanding understanding of sales processes.
  • Strong planning and project management competencies.
  • Proven ability to translate strategies into execution.
  • Strong leadership and team management.
  • Self-motivated, passionate, ambitious, and a creative mind.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including presenting and training abilities.
  • Commercial awareness and acumen (understanding of sales and finance processes).
  • Strong analytical skills (analyze consumer, sales, and customer data).
