Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with the Red Bull Graduate Trainee Program in South Africa?

This 18-month program is designed to accelerate your career and provide you with the opportunity to work with our highly professional teams.

As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and executing Red Bull's Quick Commerce strategy across local and international partners.

You will coordinate the execution of activation within the e-commerce apps in this fast-growing segment, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include leading Red Bull's perfect mobile store execution on key grocery and restaurant delivery partners, strategizing and planning retail media campaigns, and setting up data sharing reports to track campaign results.

You will build sustainable relationships with existing e-commerce Q Commerce accounts and form new relationships in this space.

In addition, you will increase Red Bull's reach in the Non-Traditional channel, developing, implementing, and tracking sales strategies in the Specialty Retail segment.

This entrepreneurial role will provide you with in-depth sales experience in the Off-Premise universe, including field force, Key Account Management, and trade marketing.

The Graduate Trainee will be based in Key Accounts and conduct rotations in Off-Premise, receiving coaching on commercial and sales aspects.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a commercial or marketing field, relevant work experience, and a history of pursuing personal passions and extra-curricular achievements.

Strong analytical ability, commercial acumen, and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and take instruction.

Additional skills include MS Office proficiency, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, and fluency in English (written and spoken), with additional languages considered a plus.
