Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload daily sales from restaurants to Head Office server
  • Monitor completeness of source point of sales documents
  • Train shift supervisors with regard to financial administration procedures
  • Reconcile daily sales
  • Prepare shortage reports
  • Creditor processing on financial system
  • Point of sales (POS) system updates (Activate and de-activate till users)
  • Meet deadlines

About the Role: Trade On SA is seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payments, and providing administrative support to the finance department.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Grade 12 qualification and a tertiary qualification in Finance and/or Financial Administration. Additionally, you should have experience in payroll and exposure to retail/POS procedures. Basic knowledge of Excel and computer literacy are also required.
