Japanese Speaking Call Centre Agent

A well-established hospitality company is seeking a highly skilled Japanese speaking Call Centre Agent to join their team in Johannesburg on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests via various communication channels
- Manage guest journeys, including bookings and itineraries
- Engage with clients on a national and international level
- Drive continuous improvement of the guest journey
- Support global sales efforts
Requirements:
- Matric qualification
- No less than 1 year's relevant experience in travel or hospitality in a call centre environment
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Versonix Seaware
