Customer Support Specialist for Tech Trading

We're looking for a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at SupportYourApp, a leading provider of support services for tech companies worldwide.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat
- Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Collaborating with external stakeholders, such as hotels, booking platforms, and service partners
- Meeting team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology and software
- Safely handling sensitive customer information
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent English language skills (C1-C2 level)
- Experience in customer support, preferably in the tech trading industry
- Strong knowledge of trading concepts and financial markets
- Tech-savviness with experience using trading platforms and software
- Analytical and research skills
- A positive, responsible, and proactive attitude
- A personal laptop or computer with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)

- Experience with CRM systems
