The Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing prompt and professional customer support via multiple channels;
- Assisting customers with trading processes, platform navigation, and technical issues;
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction;
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions;
- Staying updated on market trends and platform updates;
- Managing FICA verifications.
What You Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you will require:
Effective communication skills;
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
Proven customer support experience;
A solid understanding of financial markets and trading platforms;
Proficiency in customer service software and communication tools;
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of R200,000 - R250,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical aid, retirement funding, and paid time off.
