Administrative Support Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled administrative professional to join our dynamic team at Time Personnel.

Main Tasks
  • Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring a positive and professional image of the company.
  • Manage incoming calls, responding to inquiries and forwarding messages as needed.
  • Deal with customer complaints and concerns, working to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain the office environment, including equipment, air conditioning, and plumbing.
  • Coordinate with sales representatives, allocating tasks and managing leads.
  • Process petty cash and manage office expenses.
  • Prepare and submit necessary documents to the finance department.
  • Procure office supplies and services as required.

Qualifications:

  • Matric certification or equivalent.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in administration.
  • Effective communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
