Client Liaison and Administration

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled administrative professional to join our dynamic team at Time Personnel.
Main Tasks- Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring a positive and professional image of the company.
- Manage incoming calls, responding to inquiries and forwarding messages as needed.
- Deal with customer complaints and concerns, working to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain the office environment, including equipment, air conditioning, and plumbing.
- Coordinate with sales representatives, allocating tasks and managing leads.
- Process petty cash and manage office expenses.
- Prepare and submit necessary documents to the finance department.
- Procure office supplies and services as required.
Qualifications:
- Matric certification or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in administration.
- Effective communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
