Client Liaison

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial consultations with clients to discuss vehicle damage and repair needs.
Prepare and present accurate repair estimates and quotes.
Provide regular updates to clients on the status of repairs and address inquiries promptly.
Assist clients with insurance claims and coordinate communication with insurance adjusters.
Ensure repairs meet high-quality standards through final inspections.
Educate clients about the repair process and vehicle maintenance.
Address and resolve customer complaints, implementing feedback for continuous improvement.
Foster strong relationships with clients to promote repeat business and referrals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and manage scheduling logistics.
Inform clients about additional services offered by the body shop.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Previous experience in customer service or the automotive industry is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
