We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales and Business Development Professional to drive revenue growth through exceptional service offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the tyre and transport industry, with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities for tyre and transport-related services.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and customer needs.
  • Presentation and negotiation skills are essential for closing deals and securing new business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
    • Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field (advantageous).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales role, preferably in the tyre or transport industry.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong understanding of tyre and transport industry services and products.
    • Proven ability to build rapport and foster long-term client relationships.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
