  • Drive Operational Efficiencies
    • Develop and implement effective stock management processes to ensure accurate receipting and maintenance of floor stock.
    • Ensure showroom processes (inventory, receiving, and frontline) are adhered to and aligned to legal regulations.
    • Implement visual merchandising strategies to showcase products in a visually appealing manner.
    • Manage stock levels to ensure the right amount of stock is available at the right time.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Stock Management
    • Conduct regular stock takes to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
    • Develop and implement effective stock control processes to minimize stock shrinkage.
    • Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure accurate inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
  • Cash Management
    • Develop and implement effective cash handling processes to minimize cash shrinkage.
    • Conduct regular cash reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
    • Investigate any discrepancies or irregularities in cash handling.
  • People Management
    • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure staff are equipped to manage stock and cash effectively.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations.
  • Reporting
    • Develop and implement effective reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting of stock and cash movements.
  • Health and Safety Compliance
    • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to OHASA regulations.
    • Develop and implement effective health and safety procedures to minimize risks.
  • Asset Management
    • Develop and implement effective asset management processes to ensure accurate tracking and maintenance of assets.

Requirements

  • Grade 12/Matric/NQF 4 - Minimum (Required)
  • Min 10 years' experience in Compliance and Admin Management
