International Airlines Customer Service Representative

As a highly sought-after International Airlines Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work for a prestigious airline brand on various work streams.
This role involves assisting passengers with pre and post-flight departure travel-related queries in customer relations departments. Proficiency in both Greek and English languages is required, as well as the ability to work on airline reservations systems and handle voice calls in multiple languages.
Your daily interactions will involve communicating with international passengers with queries and compliments, ensuring that you meet specific key performance indicators and client service levels in a fast-paced call center environment.
The ideal candidate will possess native level fluency in Greek language, both verbally and written, and be located in South Africa with a permanent residence permit or South African ID. Flexibility to work shifts, fibre internet connection, and a UPS solution during load shedding are also essential requirements.
In exchange for your dedication and hard work, you will receive fully paid product and systems training, provided by our esteemed client. A comprehensive training period of 4 weeks is included, followed by a 4-month probation period.
We estimate the salary for this position to be approximately R250,000 per annum, considering the location in Eastern Cape, South Africa, and the requirement for full-time/permanent employment.
