Global Airline Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Airline Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a prestigious airline brand, providing exceptional customer service and support to passengers across various work streams.
About the RoleAs a Global Airline Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with pre- and post-flight departure travel-related queries in customer relations department in Greek and English languages. You will also work on airline reservations systems, handling voice calls in English and Greek, and may include some written correspondence.
Your daily interactions will involve working with international passengers, responding to queries and compliments, and meeting specific key performance indicators and client service levels. You must be able to thrive in a demanding and time-sensitive call center environment.
Requirements- Native level fluency in Greek language: Verbal & Written
- Located in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/ South African ID holders only
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost. Must be fixed line internet. No Wireless connections accepted.
- UPS Solution required during load shedding (Inverters available for purchase via our client or own solution accepted).
We offer a competitive salary of R200,000 per annum, plus fully paid product and systems training provided. The training period is 4 weeks, and you will also receive a 4-month probation period.
