Multilingual Customer Service and Sales Professional

In Eastern South Africa, we are seeking a skilled Multilingual Customer Service and Sales Professional to join our team at Black Pen Recruitment. As a representative of a prestigious airline brand, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to international passengers in German and English languages.
The successful candidate will work on various work streams, including assistance to passengers with pre and post-flight travel-related queries in the customer relations department. You will also be required to work on airline reservations systems, handle voice calls in English and German, and engage in written correspondence.
As a demanding and time-sensitive call center environment, we require an individual who can meet specific key performance indicators and client service levels. The role involves daily interactions with international passengers, responding to their queries and compliments, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
To succeed in this position, you must possess native-level fluency in the German language, both verbally and in writing. Additionally, you must have a permanent residence permit or be a South African ID holder, be flexible to work shifts, and have a fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line at your own cost. A UPS solution is also required during load shedding, and you will receive fully paid product and systems training.
