International Customer Service and Italian Language Specialist

We are seeking a skilled International Customer Service and Italian Language Specialist to join our client, a prestigious airline brand. Based in Eastern Cape, South Africa, this role offers the opportunity to work with diverse clients from around the world.
Job DescriptionThis is a full-time, permanent position working on various work streams, including customer relations, airline reservations systems, and handling voice calls in English and Italian. As an international contact centre, our team embodies our clients' brands, providing exceptional client experience.
In this demanding and time-sensitive call center environment, you will be responsible for daily interactions with international passengers, addressing queries and compliments in Italian and English languages. You will also be required to meet specific key performance indicators and client service levels.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist passengers with pre- and post-flight departure travel-related queries in customer relations departments in Italian and English languages.
- Work on airline reservations systems and handle voice calls in English and Italian, including written correspondence.
- Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments.
- Meet specific key performance indicators and client service levels.
To succeed in this role, you must possess native-level fluency in Italian language (verbal and written) and reside in South Africa. A permanent residence permit or South African ID is required. Additionally, you should have flexibility to work shifts and a fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line at your own cost. UPS Solution during load shedding is also necessary.
Fully paid product and systems training will be provided, along with a 4-week training period. The probation period is 4 months. This role requires adaptability, effective communication skills, and a strong understanding of client needs.
