At Black Pen Recruitment, we're partnering with an award-winning multilingual contact centre to find a talented French Speaking Customer Service and Sales Representative.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity allows you to work for a prestigious airline brand on various work streams, providing top-notch customer service to international passengers. Your primary responsibilities will include handling pre- and post-flight departure travel-related queries in French and English, as well as working on airline reservations systems and handling voice calls in both languages.
You'll be part of a demanding and time-sensitive call centre environment, where you'll need to meet specific key performance indicators and client service levels. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experience, you'll have the chance to develop your skills and advance your career in a dynamic industry.
About Our ClientOur client specialises in inbound multichannel customer support across multiple verticals from their centres in Fiji, South Africa, and Peru, as well as through their work-from-home colleagues in Namibia. Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to international passengers, responding to their queries and concerns in French and English.
- Work on airline reservations systems, handling voice calls and written correspondence in both languages.
- Meet specific key performance indicators and client service levels, ensuring high-quality customer experiences.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced call centre environment.
- Native level fluency in French language: Verbal & Written.
- Located in South Africa.
- Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only.
- Flexibility to work shifts.
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost.
- UPS Solution required during load shedding.
- Fully paid product and systems training provided.
- Training: 4 weeks (Fully Paid).
- Probation period: 4 months.
