Reception and Switchboard Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Receptionist to join our team at Mahikeng Mall. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the telephone switchboard, maintaining a computerized database of telephone information, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the telephone switchboard and ensure that all calls are answered promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a computerized database of telephone information and ensure that it is up-to-date and accurate.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring that all interactions are friendly, professional, and courteous.
- Assist with clerical duties, such as typing, proofreading, and data entry.
- Manage the boardroom, reception, and visitors' waiting area, ensuring that they are clean, secure, and well-maintained.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Requirements:
- Matric (Senior Certificate)
- Certificate in Switchboard and Reception Management
- 1-2 years' experience in reception and switchboard management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office
Working Environment:
The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment at Mahikeng Mall, providing exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
