Front Desk Reception and Dispatch Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk & Customer Service**:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, suppliers, and guests—answering calls, taking messages, and directing queries.
- Greet walk-in customers with professionalism, assist with sales inquiries, and operate the Point of Sales (POS) system.
- Handle deliveries by signing for packages and coordinating with suppliers.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining a clean and organised reception area.
**Dispatch & Logistics**:
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare waybills and ensure all outbound orders are ready for dispatch.
- Oversee courier collections and manage delivery documentation (manifests, proofs of delivery, etc.).
- Coordinate with courier companies on delayed or lost packages and update customers promptly.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of Matric.
- Prior experience in Reception, Dispatch, or Office Admin roles (ideally in a manufacturing or packing environment) is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in both English & Afrikaans.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working with basic math for inventory and counting tasks.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
