Job Title: Receptionist (Mahikeng Mall)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Broll Property Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing switchboard operations, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Switchboard Operations: Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, transfer calls to the correct individual or department, and take messages as necessary.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including handling courier and post, managing boardroom bookings, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
- Education: Matric (Senior Certificate) and Certificate in Switchboard and Reception Management
- Experience: 1-2 years' experience in reception and switchboard management or a related field
- Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
- Work Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
- Work Environment: Broll Property Group office
