Job Description:

RPO Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to oversee the sales performance of a designated district. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with key clients and retailers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the district.
  • Lead and Motivate Sales Team: Manage, motivate, and provide guidance to a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key clients and retailers to drive business growth and increase sales.
  • Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the FMCG industry.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and retailers.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Excellent leadership and team management abilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team of sales representatives.
  • Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Ability to analyze market data and identify business opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and retailers.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel within the assigned district as required.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
