- CRM Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date client information is maintained in the CRM system.
- Sales Meetings: Attend and contribute to sales meetings to discuss sales strategies and performance.
- Weekly Sales Report: Submit a weekly sales report to the Sales/Retention Manager, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Monthly KPI Reports: Analyze and present monthly KPI reports to clients, providing recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Drivers License Code 08
- Sales-related courses beneficial
- Tertiary/Sales/Marketing Qualifications beneficial
- At least 3-5 years experience in sales or customer-facing/engagement and a proven track record within a sales/target-driven environment
- Experience in the logistics industry is beneficial
