We are a dynamic company seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Brand Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with customers and agents, ensuring seamless communication and sales growth.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and driving business performance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work efficiently in a team environment, and have a strong ability to create and deliver presentations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Principal Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact between People Dimension and its agents and customers, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within scheduled timelines, coordinating sales efforts to drive revenue growth.
  • Monthly Reporting: Submit comprehensive monthly reports on performance, competitors, and customer needs, providing valuable insights for management decisions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Education: A minimum of Grade 12, with a tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing Communications, or a relevant field advantageous.
  • Work Experience: A minimum of 2 years' proven work experience as a sales representative, with a strong track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
  • Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office, working knowledge of CRM Systems, relationship management skills, and openness to feedback.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license required.
