We are looking for a Business Growth Associate to join our team at Ground One Direct Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion.
Responsibilities:- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new leads and close sales.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas by leveraging your skills in negotiation, persuasion, and customer service.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Sales Experience: Prior sales experience is an asset, but not required as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
