About XM
The Position:
XM is seeking a skilled Business Development Associate to drive the cultivation and maintenance of high-value partnerships. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to foster strong, collaborative relationships with partners, enhancing XM's product portfolio and market visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute partnership growth strategies aligned with XM's corporate goals to boost revenue and customer retention
- Act as the primary liaison between XM and its partners, delivering exceptional service and support
- Assess partner satisfaction, gather insights, and apply learnings to refine partnership experiences and tailor initiatives accordingly
- Analyze partner behavior to identify opportunities for upselling and customizing products and services
- Stay informed about XM's product offerings and marketing initiatives, effectively communicating them to partners
- Contribute to the enhancement of XM's platform through collaboration with Business Development teams
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and best practices in partnership development, identifying areas for improvement
- Undertake other relevant duties as required
- Degree in a business-related discipline
