Overview

Tower Group seeks an experienced Strategic Retail Partner Development Manager to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations. As a core member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the retail industry and identify key partnership opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across retail partners, driving strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Measure and evaluate the success of partnership initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex data and make informed decisions.
