Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage relationships between customers and our company, ensuring strong partnerships are built and maintained.
  • Sales Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve business objectives, working closely with Product Managers to negotiate pricing and market developments.
  • Forecasting and Inventory Management: Ensure accurate forecasting techniques and methods are used to meet required Sell Out Forecast and WOS levels, monitoring stock availability and requirements closely.
  • Budget Control and Financial Management: Ensure account meets income targets as per set budget, effectively solving problems and managing risk to ensure achievement of targets.
  • Pricing and Promotions: Negotiate pricing that drives sales, keeping abreast of market developments and competitors' product pricing and activities.
