Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Brand Marketing Leader to join our team at Inuversal Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned marketing professional to drive brand growth, develop innovative marketing strategies, and lead cross-functional teams.

About the Role:

The Strategic Brand Marketing Leader will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that align with our company's overall business objectives. This includes creating and implementing effective branding strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and analyzing market trends to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Development: Develop and refine brand strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and strengthen our reputation in the market.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and influencer marketing channels to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand target audiences, consumer insights, and competitive positioning, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Brand Guidelines: Maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity.
  • Product Launches: Collaborate with product teams to plan and execute successful product launches and promotions that align with brand values and objectives.
  • Content Creation: Develop and oversee the creation of compelling brand content, including digital media, advertisements, press releases, and packaging.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, market trends, and brand health metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize impact.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, product development, and customer service to align brand strategy across functions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in marketing, advertising, or communications, with proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of branding principles, market research, and consumer behavior, excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and brand management software.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses based on performance.
