Role Summary: As a Strategic Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving business objectives and meeting annual sales targets by developing, implementing, and analyzing shopper marketing strategies for various brands across wholesale, pharmacy, grocery, and forecourt customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In-Store Brand Activations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute in-store brand activations that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Sampling and Campaign Analysis: Develop sampling plans within allocated budgets, providing post-campaign analysis to assess cost per customer (CPC) and return on investment (ROI).
  • Joint Business Planning: Create and implement Joint Business Plans with major customers for peak seasons to optimize brand presence and drive sales.
  • Supplier and Logistics Management: Oversee storage and transportation supplier interactions, ensuring high service standards and cost efficiency.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate large marketing budgets, ensuring all activities align with company targets and financial objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) degree or equivalent tertiary qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an FMCG environment, preferably in Sales or Marketing.

What You'll Need: A strong understanding of shopper marketing strategies, excellent communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
