Customer Service Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sandton, South Africa. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities- You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and issues.
- You will work closely with our technical support team to resolve complex technical issues and escalate cases as needed.
- You will provide regular reports on customer interactions and satisfaction levels, highlighting areas for improvement.
- At least 2 years' experience in an IT environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Degree or equivalent qualification (Grade 12).
- A+ and N+ certifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Technical IT qualification.
- A competitive salary range: R350,000 - R450,000 per annum, depending on experience.
